CANCELLATIONS, CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT
We accept reservations online. As a small 3 suite property, last minute cancellations can greatly impact our business. 100% payment is required at booking.

Our room rates are based on double occupancy . There is an additional charge levied for each person in excess. Please indicate how many are in your party when making your reservation.

Reservations are 100% refundable if canceled 30 days or more prior to check-in date. Reservations are 50% refundable if canceled fewer than 30 days but more than 72 hours prior to 3pm ET on check-in date. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of 3pm ET on check-in date.

A full house buyout requires six weeks notice. There will be an additional security deposit on full house buyouts that is fully refundable if the property is left in the condition in which it was rented and all policies were observed. Please contact us directly to discuss this booking option.

Check in: 3:00PM ** If you plan on arriving after 10PM you must inform us in advance.

For your convenience we offer a contactless check in/out process. Full instructions will be sent to you via the email you have provided 24 hours prior to your arrival. QUIET TIME
Strictly 10pm . We ask that you please respect other guests when moving about the property and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times both inside and outside of your suite but, especially after this time period. Please inform us of any violations to this policy immediately.

MINIMUM STAY
We require a 2 night minimum stay Friday, Saturday and on Holidays/ Peak periods.

SMOKING
9 Academy is a non-smoking property.

PARKING
An on-site designated parking spot for each suite is available in the front of the building . Please note: We can accommodate only one vehicle per suite. Parking is for registered guests only. Please park nose-in facing the “Guest Parking” signs.

VISITORS
9 Academy is located in a small village setting. In order to maintain the quiet experience our guests and neighbors expect, we do not allow visitors, parties or disruptive gatherings anywhere at the property. ONLY registered guests are allowed in the suites and the garden areas. We respectfully ask for your understanding and compliance on this subject.

DAMAGE / THEFT OF PROPERTY  
The registered guest/s will be held responsible for any theft or damage to the property caused by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible for the duration of their stay. Any damage/theft charges are the sole responsibility of the guest/s and will be charged in full to the credit card on file.

MANAGEMENT’S RIGHTS
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forth with, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

RELATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND GUEST
Nothing here in above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favor of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.

CHILDREN
In consideration of all guests, we respectfully welcome children aged 8 and over only.

PETS
9 Academy does not allow pets at this time.
