Booking a suite at 9 academy
Each of our three luxuriously appointed king size suites feature a full kitchen, laundry, custom spa bathrooms, private outdoor areas, and generous living and dining spaces and can accommodate up to four guests comfortably.
Please note: our nightly rate is based on double occupancy. There is a fee of $25 for each additional guest.

Our Garden Suite is located on the ground floor rear surrounded by lovely private gardens on two sides . Enter from the covered side porch on the left side to a beautifully curated open plan sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and dining space.
Our Parlor Suite is located on the second floor of the building . Enter through the shared hallway to the right side and walk up one flight to an airy open space with elegant 9 1/2 ft ceilings . The spacious sitting, dining and kitchen area feature a charming lounging nook and oversized windows.
Our Loft Suite is located on the third floor of the building. Enter through the shared hallway to the right side and walk up two flights to a spectacular soaring space featuring 10 1/2 foot ceilings flooded with light from the ample french doors and skylights.
